Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package on our website or the courier's website.
You can cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of placing it. After that, the order enters processing and cannot be changed. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes.

Shipping & Delivery

Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days, express shipping takes 2-3 business days, and same-day delivery is available in select cities.
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over ₹1000. For orders below ₹1000, standard shipping charges of ₹99 apply.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached. Contact us to initiate a return.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
